Can we expect the items received to have an identical appearance to what is displayed on the website?

Each item is handmade, and consequently, one of a kind. Please note that, due to the unique nature of this process, the product you receive will vary slightly in appearance from the product image. Nevertheless, we take care to maintain consistent product sizes for your convenience.

Are the pieces dishwasher and microwave safe?

Studio Yuva places importance on both the visual appeal and functionality of our products. They're designed to be dishwasher and microwave safe, combining aesthetics with practicality. However, please be cautious with delicate pieces, as their thinness makes them more prone to breakage. Handle these items with extra care when using the dishwasher.

Do you have a physical store?

We currently don't operate a physical store, but we encourage you to schedule a complimentary consultation with founder Eda Posthumus Meyjes-Yurdakul through the 'appointments' tab to discuss any custom requests or to address questions.

Can I place a customised order?

Certainly, we're excited to assist with your custom order. Our product range is diverse, and we're open to discussing various color and texture options. How long does delivery take?

Most objects are made to order, which means that Eda starts production once an order is received. Currently, we do not hold stock and therefore provide a lead time of 4-6 weeks for all orders. Please note that large orders may take slightly longer, in which case the customer will be informed. 

Can I return my item?

We offer full refunds for unused items within 14 days after delivery. Please email us at eda@studioyuva.com, and kindly note that return costs are the responsibility of the customer. It's important to understand that custom orders resulting from brainstorm sessions with Eda cannot be returned, as these items are tailored to personal tastes and may not be resold.
