SHIPPING & RETURNS

We rely on the services of Royal Mail for the shipping of all orders (within and outside of the UK). All orders are shipped using a tracking service. Tracking numbers will be provided for all deliveries.
Shipping within the UK

  • Once dispatched, UK delivery times are typically 2-3 business days

Shipping internationally
Returns

We sincerely hope that you love your items and receive them in perfect condition. However, if you wish to return an item, we offer full refunds for unused items within 14 days after delivery, please contact us at eda@studioyuva.com. It's important to understand that custom orders resulting from brainstorm sessions with Eda cannot be returned, as these items are tailored to personal tastes and may not be resold.

We suggest utilising a tracked service and request that items be repackaged in the same way they were received, utilising the same packaging. Please make sure that each item is individually wrapped, and there is enough padding around the edges of the box. Unfortunately, if the items are not packaged adequately and are damaged during transit, we will not be able to refund them. We will process your refund as soon as we receive the items to be returned. This process may take up to 7 working days to clear.

International customs

When a package is shipped across international borders, it may be subjected to import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country. Customs and import duties are charged by the destination country once the package arrives, and these charges cannot be foreseen. The responsibility of these charges lies with the buyer. Customs policies and charges are different in every country, and we suggest that you get in touch with your local customs office to acquire the necessary information and to comprehend which duties may apply to your package. After the package has left our premises, we have no authority to cancel the order. Moreover, delivery times may differ due to customs processing. Kindly note that this is out of our control.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible via the contact form. We are unable to cancel the order if the item has already been shipped.
